The woman who has taken on Pamela Anderson's role in the new Baywatch movie had no problem looking good in the famous red swimsuit because it sucked in any bulges.
Actress Kelly Rohrbach, 27, takes on the role of C.J. Parker in the new film and tells Cosmopolitan magazine’s June 2017 issue she loved her lifeguard swimsuit because it was both comfortable and flattering.
"It’s (made of) scuba material, which is awesome because it’s literally like wearing Spanx that suck you right in," she explains. "I was like, "Cheeseburgers, no problem. Just zip that thing up and it’s like it never happened'."
Rohrbach offered director Seth Gordon a lot of feedback on her role, because she didn't want to play a blonde bimbo, adding, "I wasn’t interested in playing the hot-girl role. I didn’t want her to be an object, but rather a dynamic, real person."
And she admits her unlikely love interest in the film, played by funnyman Jon Bass, is actually her ideal guy.
"It was written that he had a big crush on C.J. and she’s kind of a b**ch to him," she tells the publication. "I kept thinking, 'I would love this guy. I would hook up with him'. He’s the funniest character, and to me, humor is the sexiest thing."
The film, which also stars Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, Priyanka Chopra, and Alexandra Daddario, features cameos from Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff, who starred in the cult Baywatch TV series, which ran from 1989 to 2001.
The new movie hits cinemas later this month (May17).
