RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The "Win an all-inclusive vacation to Mexico with Sunwing" contest (the "Contest") is organized by Cogeco Media Inc. ("Cogeco") and Sunwing Vacations") (collectively the "Organizer"). It begins on the April 6, 2026 at 12:00pm (EDT) and ends on the April 6, 2026 at 5:00pm (EDT). All references to time in these rules and regulations refer to Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all Quebec residents aged eighteen (18) and over, with the exception of employees, agents and/or representatives of the Organizer or its affiliated companies, advertising agencies and Contest-related stakeholders, as well as, respectively, any person with whom such employee, agent and/or representative is domiciled or any member of their immediate family. For the purposes of the Contest’s rules and regulations, "immediate family" means the father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, husband and wife or common-law partner, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law or sister-in-law of such employee, agent and/or representative.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

For a chance to win, you have to:

1. Listen to The Beat 92.5 during the Contest Period of April 6, 2026, from 12:00pm (EDT) to 5:00pm (EDT), and record the exact titles of the songs preceded by the designated “Easter Egg” song cue. Subsequent to the close of the Contest Period, but during the same broadcast, the Host, Mark Bergman, will issue a cue for entry. Upon the Host’s cue, one (1) listener will be selected at random (the “Finalist”). The Finalist must, without delay, submit a complete entry via text message to 92925 or by utilizing the conversation bubble on the Cogeco Media app, listing the exact names of each song identified as the Easter egg. If the Finalist correctly identifies all required song titles, as verified and determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion, the Finalist will be declared the Winner.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. Message and data rates (and other similar charges) may apply to use of mobile device for Contest entry. Organizer will not be liable for any charges that an entrant incurs due to the way that he chooses to enter the Contest if there is a cost associated with the method of entry.

4. VERIFICATION

All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require proof of identity or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Organizer, including official photo identification): (i) to confirm a person's eligibility to participate in the Contest, (ii) to confirm the eligibility or legitimacy of an entry (or purported entry) in the Contest, or (iii) for any other reason the Organizer deems necessary in its sole discretion to administer the Contest in accordance with the rules and regulations. Failure to provide such proof to the Organizer’s full satisfaction within the time period specified by the Organizer may result in disqualification, at the Organizer’s sole discretion. The Station’s web site server(s) on which the Contest is hosted is the sole determinant of the date and time for the purposes of the Contest.

5. PRIZE

A stay for a number of two (2) of people to Playacar, Mexico offered by Sunwing, including a round-trip flight from Montreal in economy class, one checked baggage item and a selection of standard seats, seven (7) nights in double occupancy in a four(4)-star hotel (Riu Tequila), round-trip transfer between the airport and the Hotel (Riu Tequila), for a total approximate value of five thousand Canadian dollar (5000$) (together with the Trip, the “Prize”). The following conditions apply to the Prize:

1. The Prize is neither redeemable for cash nor transferable;

2. The Winner must take advantage of his or her Trip between April 6, 2026 and April 30, 2027 and reservations must be made with the partner's name at least 4 weeks before the desired departure date;

3. Once the Tour has been booked, no changes will be accepted;

4. If the Winner fails to take advantage of the Trip on the dates mentioned above, or if the Winner is unable to travel on the dates booked, the award of the Prize will become null and void, no compensation whatsoever will be paid to the Winner and the Organizer may, at its discretion, hold an additional draw to determine a new Winner;

5. The Winner must make his or her own reservation with Sunwing Vacations and the reservation of the Trip is subject to the availability of the carrier's hotel for the requested date;

6. Transportation to and from the airport is the sole responsibility of the Winner and his/her travel companion;

7. The Winner and his/her companion must have a valid passport at the time of booking the Trip and for the duration required by the authorities. Any steps required to obtain a valid passport must be taken by the Winner and his/her travel companion at their own expense;

8. It is the responsibility of the Winner (and companion, if applicable) to obtain adequate travel insurance prior to departure. Insurance is at the expense of the Winner and his/her travel companion;

9. The Winner and his/her accompanying person(s) must provide Sunwing with any documents it deems useful for booking the Trip, including their valid passport number;

10. The choice of flight(s) and itinerary is at the sole discretion of Sunwing, who will be responsible for all matters relating to the organization of the Trip;

11. In the event of cancellation of the Trip due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the Prize will not be awarded.

12. In the event that the retail value of the Trip is higher than its actual cost, the difference will not be paid to the Winner. No loyalty points will be applicable.

13. Unless otherwise specified in these rules, any additional costs and personal expenses incurred by the Winner and his/her companion during the Trip or in connection with their participation in the Trip, including but not limited to: excess baggage charges, late fees, meals and beverages, equipment fees (telephone, fax, Internet, television), room service, valet service, gratuities, excursions, activities, outings and leisure activities, purchase of souvenirs, deductible expenses, etc., will not be reimbursed.

14. The Winner and his/her companion must occupy the same room.

15. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace, or not, the Prize with a substitution prize if it cannot be awarded to the Winner as described herein for any reason whatsoever.

3. From among the Finalists, one (1) random draw will be held on April 6, 2026, at 5:00pm(EDT), at Cogeco's offices located at 800 de la Gauchetière West, Montreal, Quebec, H5A 1M1, to determine the winner of the Prize (the “Winner”).

7. REPLACEMENT OF THE PRIZE AND MODIFICATION TO THE CONTEST

1. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred without the prior written consent of the Organizer, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash. In the event that, for reasons beyond its control and not related to the Winner, the Organizer is unable to award the Prize as described in these rules and regulations, the Organizer reserves the right to award a substitution prize.

2. The Organizer reserves the right, to withdraw, modify or suspend this Contest (or amend these rules and regulations) in any way, if an event beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest as contemplated by these rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, an error, technical problem, computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failure of any kind.

3. The decisions of the Organizer affecting all aspects of the Contest are binding to all entrants and are final and without appeal, including, without limitation, any decision regarding the eligibility and disqualification of an entry or entrant.

8. OWNERSHIP OF THE ENTRY FORMS

All of the Contest’s Entry Forms belong to the Organizer, the sponsors and their respective advertising or promotional agencies.

9. CONSENT TO THE USE OF THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PERSON

By entering the Contest, each registered entrant, including the Winner, consents to the use of its name, city of residence, photograph, voice, image and any other aspect of their person for advertising and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in any and all media used by the Organizer, the sponsors and their respective advertising agencies, without any form of compensation, payment or indemnification.

10. CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, city of residence, e-mail address, home and work telephone numbers (the "Personal Information"), each Contest entrant grants permission to the Organizer and the sponsors to collect and use the Personal Information for the sole purpose of administering the Contest and selecting the Prize Winner in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy (available at:https://www.cogecomedia.com/en/privacy). No communication will be established between the Organizer, the sponsors and the Contest entrants outside the Contest. This section does not limit any other consent that an individual may provide to the Organizer or others with respect to the collection, use or disclosure of their personal information.

11. COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST

Any Entry Form or attempted entry using electronic, computerized or other means contrary to the intent of the Contest (e.g., hacking, mass e-mailing, etc.) will be automatically rejected and may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities. Any automated Entry Form will be detected and rejected.

12. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS

All entrants agree to abide by the Contest’s rule and regulations, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Organizer and the sponsors. The applicable law is the law of Quebec.

13. PARTICIPATION IN ANOTHER COGECO CONTEST

The Winner will not be eligible to participate in any other contest held on the Station for a period of seven (7) days following the date of the draw where they were designated Winner.

14. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To be declared the Winner, the entrant whose Entry Form was selected in the draw for the Prize must meet the entry and eligibility requirements set out in the Contest’s rules and regulations. Failure to comply with one or more of these conditions will result in automatic disqualification and another draw will be held to determine a new Winner.

2. Cogeco will notify the Winner by telephone and/or email. In the event that Cogeco is unable to contact any person selected in one or more of the draws for any reason whatsoever within fifteen (15) days following the draw, the Organizer will proceed with as many new draws as necessary from the entries in order to award the Prize.

3. In order to claim their Prize, the Winner will be required to complete and sign a Declaration and Release Form (the "Form") which will be transmitted to them by regular mail and/or by email. Failure to submit the signed Form to the Station’s at 800 rue de la Gauchetière Ouest, Suite 1100, Montreal QC, H5A 1M1 office or returned by email no later than thirty (30) days of its transmission by Cogeco (as evidenced by postmark), the Organizer, shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to proceed to a new draw in order to award the Prize.

4. Cogeco will inform the Winner by e-mail and/or by mail and/or by telephone and/or by courier of the details relating to the transmission of the Prize.

5. In the event that the Winner has not made the Trip reservation within thirty (30) calendar days following the draw (original or subsequent) claimed the Prize at the Station office by the May 6, 2026 at 4:00pm (EDT), the Organizer, shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to proceed to a new draw in order to award the Prize.

6. The Organizer, its companies and divisions and any other legal entity of its corporate group, affiliated cable distributors, advertising or promotional agencies and respectively its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as any other person involved in the Contest (the "Releasees") are hereby released from all liability related to the Prize and the Contest and provide no warranty with respect thereto.

7. The Organizer will assume no liability whatsoever in any case where its inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond its control or from a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute in its establishments or in the establishments of the organizations or businesses whose services are used to hold the Contest or from any fact or situation resulting from the Winner.

8. The Releasees will not be liable for incomplete or incomprehensible contact information from Contest entrants. Cogeco reserves the right to reject any Entry Form that is incomplete, illegible, mutilated or that contains a human or mechanical error and to draw another Entry Form.

9. The Releasees will not be liable for any problems including, but not limited to: technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any other problems resulting directly or indirectly from a virus, worm, bug or failure to send email to Cogeco for any reason, including, but not limited to, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or any combination thereof. Cogeco and the other Releasees will not be held responsible for any damage to the entrant's computer equipment as a result of entering the Contest. The Releasees will not be held responsible for any damage or problem that may be caused by a signal interruption or technical failure in the broadcast and/or reception of the Station's signal. Cogeco and the other Releasees shall not be liable for any other matter that may interfere with the proper conduct of the Contest in accordance with the rules and regulations set out herein, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the cancellation or postponement of on-air promotions of the said Contest.

10. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest in any way (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is a violation of criminal and civil laws. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest or to amend the Contest’s rules and regulations in the event of any accident, printing or administrative error or other error of any kind, without prior notice or obligation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to administer another skill-testing exercise as it deems appropriate in the circumstances or to comply with applicable laws.

11. The name of any Contest Winner will be available from April 6, 2026 to May 6, 2026, Monday to Friday between the 8am to 4pm at the Station’s office at 800 rue de la Gauchetière Ouest, Suite 1100, Montreal QC, H5A 1M1.

12. The Contest’s rules and regulations are available, for the entire duration of the Contest, at the Station offices and on the website at: thebeat925.ca

13. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the French language version of these rules and regulations and any disclosure or other statement contained in any Contest-related materials, including, without limitation: the Entry Form, the Website, the English language version of these rules and regulations, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the English language provisions of these rules and regulations shall prevail and govern to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Airport improvement fees

environment taxes, etc. such as the sanitation taxes applicable in Riviera Maya $33.95 Mexican

Pesos per room per night; Cancun $79.20 Mexican Pesos per room per night; Costa Mujeres

$33.94 Mexican Pesos per room per night; Los Cabos $39.60 Mexican Pesos per room per night.

Limitation and Rules & Regulations

• You accept the prize “as is” otherwise it will be forfeited.

• Travel is valid and must be completed by April 30, 2027 (the “Travel Period”).

• Travel is subject to availability and must be requested a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to

the requested departure date

• Blackout periods apply: April 1-7, 2026; May 23-30, 2026; June 27-July 5, 2026; November

21-29, 2026; December 24, 2026 to January 2, 2027; January 16-23, 2027; February 13-20,

2027; March 24-29, 2027.Subject to availability.

• If you are unable to travel during the Travel Period, you will be required to forfeit the prize

and an alternate winner may be selected at Sunwing’s sole discretion.

• Once reservation is made, they cannot be changed.

As WestJet Airlines may not operate year-round in many Canadian gateways and if WestJet

Airlines has stopped flying for the season out of your closest Canadian gateway for your

requested travel dates- it is left at your responsibility (the prize winner) to make your way to the

next closest Canadian gateway with operating flights for your requested departure dates

• All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions set out on Sunwing’s website

• Please note future travel credits and vouchers cannot be applied to promotional bookings.

The only accepted form of payments are credit cards and gift cards.

• You and your travel guest(s) must be in possession of a valid passport and other necessary

travel documents upon selection, which documents must be valid prior to, and for the

duration of the trip. Failure to obtain necessary travel documentation will result in forfeiture

of the prize

• Any lost or stolen, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced

• All airline tickets are subject to flight variations, work stoppage, and schedule or route

changes

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any

• If the prize, or any portion thereof, is unused, it cannot be carried forward and will be forfeit

• Elements of the prize (including, without limitation, airfare and lodging) may not be used

towards frequent flyer miles or other loyalty programs

• You and your guest must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, all

local laws while in destination

• The prize, and any portion thereof, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable,
