Thanks to a newly-renovated festival site at Parc Jean-Drapeau, Osheaga and ÎleSoniq 2019 will be easier than ever to get to and from! According to festival organizers Evenko, the best way to get to and from the festival site is by metro.
Access points to and from Jean-Drapeau Station have been completely redesigned to improve fluidity in and around the station. In addition, Evenko has installed plenty of bicycle supports to make it easy for festival-goers to lock their bikes outside safely. Cycling to Osheaga takes just 20 minutes from downtown, via the Jacques-Cartier or de la Concorde bridges.
ACCESSIBILITY
In addition to easier access for all, Evenko has also made special efforts to accommodate people with disabilities and reduced mobility. This includes new signage, an information booth, a para-transit shuttle and dedicated parking spaces, user-friendly platforms for people with reduced mobility or disabilities.

Most stages will have reduced-mobility platforms available nearby so that people with reduced mobility can enjoy the shows comfortably. Wheelchair-accessible toilets will also be available on-site.
Parc Jean-Drapeau offers reserved parking spots for vehicles with a handicap sticker at P7 (Stewart Museum), P9 (Aquatic Complex) and P11 (Biosphere), all within a reasonable distance of festival grounds. A dedicated path for reduced-mobility people is available from P9 to the festival grounds.
Finally, a paratransit shuttle with ramps will be available all day.
Assistance dogs are allowed on-site.

WHAT ABOUT DRIVING?
Due to limited parking availability and the high cost of parking at Parc Jean-Drapeau, driving to and from the festival is not recommended. If you must drive, be aware that daily rates are $30 for all parking lots during special events. In addition, expect heavy traffic getting to and from the festival, especially at nighttime after the shows end, as people will be attempting to leave the grounds en masse.
