Quebec Premier François Legault has stated that any events that will hold more than 250 people are recommended to be cancelled. For now school, shopping malls and The Casino of Montreal will stay open until further notice. Legault said, Quebec is not on lockdown but is taking the proper precautions to avoid a pandemic.
