With all the panic around COVID-19 one thing you have to try to do is try to stress less. It is very easy to feel stress with all the news that is going around about COVID-19. Health Canada said that the people at the highest risk are those with medical problems and compromised immune systems, as well as people over 65. 

Here are some easy ways help you boost your immune system:

  • Eat healthy foods. Fruits, Vegetables, good fats will help you immune system stay strong.

  • Vitamins. Consult with your doctor but there are a lot of vitamins out there that can benefits your body. 

  • Exercise. Maintaining exercise ease the brain and helps your body feel more relaxed.

  • Don't smoke. if you are a smoker it is maybe time you try to quite. Smoking impairs your immune system.

  • Alcohol. Drinking excessively also impairs your immune system.

  • Sleep. Get enough sleep, rest for the next couple of weeks to help your body be able to fight any cold or flu.

  • STRESS. This is defiantly a hard one, but try to stress less the move your bosy stresses the more you are immune to tell your brain "I will get sick, I will get sick" resulting in you getting sick due to so much stress.
