Coldplay singer Chris Martin interacted with his fans on Instagram performing a live virtual concert for those who are self-isolating at home.
Nearly 50,000 fans responded to his invitation. Martin performed "A Sky Full of Stars", "Trouble", "Viva La Vida" and "Yellow". He also played David Bowie's play "Life On Mars".
At the end of the live performance, he announced that his friend John Legend would take over this Tuesday at 1 p.m. Pacific time.
The Together, At Home campaign is an initiative of the World Health Organization and the Global Citizen. The goal is to raise $675 million for the solidarity fund by mid-April.
To date, Alejandro Sanz, Juanes, Yungblud and Diplo have also offered virtual concerts to alleviate the effects of the current crisis.
