Canada and United States border to remain closed. The restrictions on recreational travel will remain in place until at least September 21st.

Non-essential movements have been prohibited between the two countries since March 21st. The closure of the border prevents citizens of both countries from crossing it for tourism. It does not concern trade in essential goods, which can still cross it.
