Have you been more sleepy and wanting to just curl up and chill,  than usual the past week or so? You’re not alone, there’s a reason for it.

We’ve had a pretty dreary week in Montreal, it’s been darker partly because of the weather and partly because the season is changing. A decrease in light exposure causes an increase in melatonin production, which results in a feeling of sluggishness or being tired.

Cuffing season is coming early this year! Nikki called it.. and it's only September!!

Cuffing season is that time of year when singles seek out someone to shack up with during the cold months usually kicks off in November, but this year it’s starting early, as freaked-out singles worry about another spike of coronavirus infections.

Would you lower your expectations in order to not be alone?

Although meeting a potential cuffing partner has never been more challenging.
