A new survey out there says 1 in 3 Canadian women have considered quitting their jobs lately. 14 percent more than the men and the biggest reason why is so their children can go to school virtually. 

They also found more women than men have thought about leaving their jobs to have more time to help their children with school work, find juggling work and family during the pandemic stressful, and have turned down job offers or promotions because of the of family time it would cost.

They’re calling it a "she-cession," - evidence women are more affected by 2020 and it highlights the ongoing bias
