Turns out most of us feel that workweek anxiety at the same time and day every week - Just before 4 P.M. on Sundays

88 percent of us start feeling the crunch at 3:58 P.M. Sunday afternoons -  plus, most of us do an extra three hours of unpaid work over the weekend, like checking emails and making calls, AND it takes us about two hours to finally unwind at the end of the day Friday.

A couple of tricks for fighting Sunday anxiety; use the end of the workday on Friday to get ready for Monday, and turn things off: take a “digital detox” over the weekend!
