Most of us are looking towards 2021, and things will get better just, don’t expect a big raise.
A new survey says 13 percent of Canadian employers will be freezing salaries in 2021 and another 46 percent are thinking about it.
Salaries will go up by 1.9 percent, better than nothing, but they say in place of the raises, employers should be looking into innovative ways to support employees, help us all get through these tough times.
