Quebec recorded its third straight day with over 1,000 new COVID-19 cases yesterday…

The highest increases in cases were Montreal with 344 new cases yesterday, so the city has renewed its state of emergency for another 5 days and three towns in the Gaspe region are moving into to the red alert level tonight (Maria, Carleton-sur-Mer, Nouvelle)

The Quebec government is also expected to announce new restrictions for masks in schools, amateur sports, and gyms in the red zones today – we will keep you up to date on what they say.
