If shopping on Amazon Prime day gives you a buzz – there is a reason for it.
Science says it’s all about the “feel-Good” chemical, dopamine that gets produce when we’re excited or anticipating something and no, it’s not the package we are excited for.
It’s the anticipation of the reward - like in-store shopping; we are more excited filling the cart than when the item arrives. Just be careful, that little thrill doesn’t turn into a compulsive habit.
