Nikki and The Morning Show discuss that the last 7 months have been harder on introverts than extroverts.
A study shows that you may think that Introverts have had an easier time with social isolation because they are used to it but that is not the case.
Half of the introverts say they've felt much lonelier this year, compared to just a third of extroverts. Extroverts will naturally find ways to connect with people such as video chats and phone calls whereas introverts won't seek that but they still need it.
Nikki Extrovert: Finds it is sometimes exhausting after all the Facetime phone calls she does daily.
Sam Introvert: Feels life is back to normal and he hasn't been affected that much socially.
