Research says the tween years are the toughest, emotionally and mentally, especially for moms.

They say those middle school years are significantly more difficult for moms because it’s the time kids start to experiment with rule-breaking and risk-taking, which can make mom feel rejected, lonely, and overall dissatisfied.
