NASA and Nokia are putting a 4G network on the moon

It’s all part of NASA’s 2028 goal to build a lunar base and eventually have humans on the moon.

The 4G network would provide a more reliable communication than the radio standards already on the moon –they’ll use it for things like data transmission and controlling the lunar rovers – plus think of how awesome it would have been if Buzz Aldrin could have live-streamed high-definition video from his iPhone?
