Deputy Premier Geneviève Guilbault announced that a bill will soon allow restaurants with liquor licenses to deliver booze with a meal.
The Deputy Premier said it is not for bars but establishments with restaurant licenses. This new bill will help support restaurants during the pandemic and will be able to continue even after the lockdown has been lifted.
The bill has not officially passed.
