Quebec is apparently in for Mild winter, but it will come with lots of snow and rain.

According to MeteoMedia forecasts, December temperatures should be normal, but January and February will be on the mild side, with little or no cold snap, but lots of snow and slush.

As for a white Christmas in Quebec, we won’t know until we get closer to the holidays.
