The lockdown has Quebecers eating better!

Université Laval did the study and they say we are eating more plants and proteins and less sugar and carbs, basically, the overall quality of the food we’ve been eating has improved slightly and it is the opposite of what they expected to see.

Of course, they think it is all a result of people eating out less … the question now is will the healthy trend last after the pandemic.
