One more reason to eat Ice Cream - it can prevent PMS!

The Journal of the American Dietetic Association says one scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt a day is as effective at boosting calcium stores as a serving of milk. And women who get that boost in calcium every day are much less likely to suffer from PMS or depression.

Calcium helps balance the brain chemicals responsible for preventing mood swings.
