They did a survey and found the top 15 foods that make us happy... and the ones that put them in a bad mood.
Unsurprisingly, foods high in salt or fat dominated on the list of foods adults make them feel worse, whereas fresher foods with simple ingredients were likely to leave them feeling better.

The research also found it takes just 16 minutes after eating something for it to have a tangible effect on your mood.
