Cutting out the sugar can help with weight loss and improve health, but a new study out of Japan, says better glucose uptake to the brain may be the key to living longer and healthier lives.
The better uptake the more study subjects were able to compensate for the reduced motor function that naturally comes with age, which, in turn, led to longer, better quality lives.
So the trick apparently is to find a perfectly balanced, healthy diet that includes sugar… good sugars!
