Snowfall warning is in effect for Montreal

Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning for Montreal on Monday morning, with total amounts of 15 cm of snow in the forecast.

According to the report, it will begin Monday evening and will intensify overnight and end Tuesday evening. It also warns that travel could be difficult since visibility will be reduced.

The warning is in effect for the following areas:

Châteauguay – La Prairie area

Laval area

Longueuil – Varennes area

Montréal Island area
