According to sleep experts, here are the 7 things you shouldn’t do before bed.

  • Never EXERCISE before bed.
  • Never EAT a big meal before bed.
  • Never check your EMAIL OR TEXTS before bed.
  • Never watch DISTRESSING shows before bed.
  • Never drink a lot of ALCOHOL  before bed.2
  • Never have CAFFEINE before bed.
  • Never leave the LIGHTS on before bed.

A lot of these things stimulate your brain which doesn't allow your body to stay calm and relax. This is why it is good to make a bedtime routine so your body is able to relax just before a good night's sleep.
