Ever heard of ‘mirror meals’? This is when you mirror the food that is on the plate of the person in front of you. How many times have you brought a salad for lunch thinking you would be eating clean that day… and then saw your colleague Pamela arrive with a bag of greasy takeout? One too many.
However, before getting upset at your co-worker for their unhealthy eating habits, you should know that this reaction is simply human nature.
