Recent research has concluded that if mothers were to be paid for their work as stay-at-home moms, they should make at least $162,581 a year!

This high-paying figure takes into consideration the fact that a mother’s job is never-ending -- a 24/7, 365-day a year commitment. Although their primary tasks may change depending on the age of their children, many of the household chores often fall on them.

On top of the usual priorities that moms have had to take care of over the years, this past year they have doubled down as teachers, too! Many parents have been forced to help their children with at-home learning in the face of the pandemic. This includes setting up their Zoom classes, making their lunch, making sure they concentrate in class, and any other duties a school teacher would regularly take on.

Whose in favour of paying all you hard-working queen mamas?!
