With over a year now of quarantining and physical distancing from our loved ones, research shows that the average person misses and appreciates their moms more than ever before.
If this last year has taught us anything, we know that life wouldn’t be the same without our loved ones in it. From the most boring of events, to the most memorable moments, being able to spend time with family and friends is something that we should never look past.
The average person missed out on 28 days of in-person, quality time with their moms since the beginning of the pandemic. Throughout the last year, many people can agree that they miss and appreciate their mothers more than ever before.
This Mother’s Day, we have seen many people share online that they have been self-quarantining for the last 14 days to be able to spend time with their mothers this Sunday. As the vaccine rollout continues to slowly pick up pace in Canada, many people are hopeful that they can spend more quality time with their mother’s in the coming year.
While this of course has been a very hard year for so many people, we are hopeful that soon there will be more time to celebrate our amazing moms and mother figures in the near future.
