Growing up, we all have these important goals and life achievements that we all set for ourselves. However, these important personal achievements don’t always happen the way we want them to… or at all.

A 2019 survey shows that a surprising number of people are deeply unsatisfied with the way that life has turned out for them. From regrets to plain old life not working out the way that we’d like, four out of ten people have shared their distaste with certain areas of their lives.

The survey, which was conducted for a charity consortium, revealed that some of the most common regrets that people share include neglecting their health and not spending enough time with their family. Something that many of us are paying extra careful attention to now especially…

The point of this article, however, is not to remind you of past mistakes. When looking back at your life, it is important to always remember that there is still time to make (realistic) positive changes for your future.

Looking back in hindsight doesn’t have to always be filled with regret. We should always self-reflect and push to build a better tomorrow for ourselves and for everyone around us.
