Premier François Legault announced at a press conference yesterday that things are looking up in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, and can expect a more promising summer compared to last year.

This news comes as vaccinations continue to ramp up as age restrictions lower every few days. By the end of the week, those 18+ will all be eligible to be vaccinated.

The Premier stressed that while cases are dropping every day, we are still in the midst of a third wave. He advised citizens to continue to be cautious and follow public health guidelines.

Details about the loosening of restrictions are yet to be revealed from the government.
