Emma Stone had more than 40 different outfit changes in Cruella.
The 32-year-old actress plays Cruella de Vil in the upcoming origin story, which focuses on how the iconic Disney villain transforms from an aspiring fashion designer into a criminal mastermind.
The movie, which also stars Emma Thompson as Cruella's mentor and nemesis Baroness von Hellman, is set in the 1970s, and Emma revealed that she was blown away by the extensive costume changes, which were created by Oscar-winning costume designer Jenny Beavan.
"Jenny Beavan just had the time of her life. She kept saying this is how she dressed in the '70s, this is what she knew. It was the way that she built the world, these costumes, these women were just on another level entirely. It was just incredible," she told Entertainment Tonight.

The Oscar-winning actress also picked out her favourite look from the movie, and said she was impressed by Jenny's attention to detail.
"I loved the garbage dress. Popping out of the garbage pile and then that extreme train, it was so, so cool. I thought that was gorgeous. It's really hard to choose a favourite because they're all so brilliant and so detailed-oriented," Emma shared.
The La La Land star previously said she was excited to bring the villain's origin story to the big screen, and said she felt like she instantly transformed into Cruella once she wore the iconic black and white wig.
"The character is so much fun and so kind of intoxicating. Once you put this wild black-and-white hair and this incredible makeup and these completely unique costumes on, you feel like Cruella de Vil. The villains are always kind of the fun ones!" she told ET.
Cruella will be released in cinemas on 28 May, as well as streaming on Disney+.
