With restrictions loosening and vaccinations increasing across the country, singles are looking forward to finally being able to date safely during this upcoming summer season.

Over the course of the pandemic, many people found themselves downloading various dating apps to connect with other singles in their area in the hopes of seeking partnership during isolation. To our surprise, dating apps have never thrived more than they have in the last year. In March 2020, Tinder recorded 3 million swipes in one day; their highest number of swipes of all time.

No better time to fall in love than now, right?!

Aware of the shift in socialization, dating apps like Bumble, Tinder, and Hinge are now giving the option for users to share whether or not they have been vaccinated against COVID-19, making dating again that much easier.

While dating has never been the easiest of concepts, the pandemic encouraged people to get outside of their own comfort zone as companionship during this time was deeply missed for many people.

That being said, we want to know... Are you in a dating-app-match-during-the-pandemic relationship? If so, how has this relationship been different compared to other relationships?
