New to green thumb life? Well, there’s a new smart planter that will help you identify exactly what your plant is feeling to help you become a better house plant parent!
The smart planter, made by Lua, identifies the needs of your house plant and shares what it is experiencing through facial expressions shown on the side of the pot. Similar to an infant, it can be hard to know what they are in need of and when, this design helps you to quickly identify those needs and act accordingly. Making life simple and easy!
Here are some of the expressions that the smart planter will show and what they mean:
- Thirsty: If the plant is showing signs of thirst, it means it is time to water your plants.
- Sick: Is your plant looking a little sick? This means you gave them too much water.
- Vampire: Is your plant showing its teeth? When it turns into a vampire, that’s it’s way of saying you need to place them near some sunlight.
- Squint: If the Lua smart planter starts to squint, that means it needs to be brought under some shade.
- Hot: Plant showing signs of sweat? That’s because it is overheating and needs to be placed in a cooler temperature room.
By following some of these signs, you’re guaranteed to become a better listener and more caring plant parent.
