Another week, another article about another record-breaking jackpot!

The bad news is nobody won Lotto Max’s $70 million draw on Tuesday. The good news is the jackpot is carrying over for a third consecutive week which means Friday’s draw will be worth a grand total of 140 million—consisting of a $70 million jackpot and an additional 70 one-million-dollar prizes!

Loto-Quebec states that since the launch of Lotto Max, 37 jackpots have been won in Quebec, including two $70 million prizes last year, the largest amount ever won in the province.

This marks the 8th time the Lotto Max jackpot has hit its cap of $70,000,000 since revamping the game in May 2019.

The Canada-wide lottery has jackpot-winning odds of 1 in 33,294,800, but don’t let that discourage you. Anything is possible!
