Starting today, the physical distance measures will change for Quebecers as the government announced that only a one meter distance is required, both indoors and outdoors.

While this new rule applies to all, it does not apply to those that engage in physical activity or singing, according to CTV News.

Other changes that are happening in the province include the elimination of max capacity in retail stores and the increase of spectators in indoor and outdoor venues.

Later on this week, we are expected to receive news from The Fairness, Health and Safety Standards Commission on new workplace health guidelines that will be put in place for Quebecers.
