Sports Illustrated is making headlines with the brand’s most inclusive fashion show yet!

On Saturday July 10th, Sports Illustrated took the stage at Miami’s Swim Week with a wide range of models of different ages, shapes, and sizes. From professional athletes, entrepreneurs, models, mothers, rookies, and swim search contestants, Sports Illustrated made a point to include diversity in their show to redefine the meaning of beauty and what exactly that looks like.

The conversation of unrealistic beauty standards is becoming more and more common in recent years, and it is about time a major media outlet took a stand in normalizing what normal (and realistic) bodies look like. Many people took to Twitter to share their thoughts on Sports Illustrated's new angle and here is what some had to say:

Some of the models that walked the catwalk during Miami’s Swim Week include Kathy Jacobs, Saje Nicole, Chelsea Heath, Amanda Kay, MJ Day, and many others.

This is a major win for women everywhere, and we are so happy to see that this day has finally arrived... Let's hear it for the girls!
