Have you noticed things getting a little hotter lately? Well, it’s not just you...
Specialists are saying that fall seasons in Canada are starting to look and feel a lot like summer, and it’s not going away anytime soon.
According to Global News’ Chief Meteorologist, “It’s almost like the seasons have shifted a little bit where we’re now getting nicer weather in September and early October and then maybe more clouds, showers and cooler conditions for April and early May.”
This is definitely a shift in what we’re used to. While we’re all ready for sweater weather to officially arrive, it looks like putting away the shorts and sandals won’t be happening anytime soon.
According to Global News, “Gerald Cheng, a warning preparedness meteorologist at Environment and Climate Change Canada, said it was difficult to predict if the rise in temperatures will last into later months, but he agreed with Farnell that September “is going to be above normal.””
How do you feel about the shift in weather? Are you excited that summer is here to stay, or would you rather have the fall breeze?
