The dress Amy Winehouse wore during a stage performance in 2011 has sold for a massive $243,200 (around £179,400) at an auction of the late singer's estate.

Amy Winehouse wore the custom-made lime green and black dress designed by stylist Naomi Parry at Kalemegdan Park, in Belgrade, Serbia on 18th June 2011 in what proved to be her last full concert.

The singer died just over a month later on 23rd July 2011 at her home in Camden, London from alcohol poisoning. She was just 27 years old.

The dress sold for 16 times its original estimate.

All proceeds go towards the foundation her parents set up to help young people with addiction issues.

The Julien’s Auctions sale raised more than 4 million dollars (£3 million) from over 800 items including clothing, handwritten notes and accessories that became staples of her image.
