That time of year has finally arrived… Winter.
The Weather Network has reported that Montrealers can expect a near 20cm of snow over the course of the week.
The snow will gradually begin to fall this Thursday with approximately 1cm, followed by 10cm on Friday and roughly 5cm on Saturday. We then finish up the week with 3cm of snow on Sunday.
While we’re grateful for the gradual exposure of winter weather, temperatures over the weekend will be cold enough to potentially keep snow on the ground.
According to DailyHive, “During AccuWeather’s winter forecast from October, the weather agency predicted that Quebec could see “higher snowfall amounts” than usual this winter, coupled with “above average” temperatures in Montreal.”
