The 2,500 square foot home was constructed in the 1800s and is steeped in Old World charm but thanks to a recent renovation in 2013, it now offers modern-day amenities.
While the listing is meant just for fun, the price prediction follows the recent rise in property value around the world. Zillow predicts that Santa’s home will increase nearly 14% over the next year, right in line with forecasted home value appreciation across North America.
