Alright, so we’re officially day two into March break… Run out of fun activities to do with the kids yet? Not to worry, we’ve got you covered.
As Montreal and many other parts of the province start to open up, there are plenty of activities available for you and the whole family to enjoy. Need a little inspiration? Here’s a quick list of activity ideas that you can incorporate into your week off with the kids:
Take advantage of the snow, and go sledding: With all of the snow we’ve received over the course of the past week, we might as well take advantage. Grab some sleds and bring the kids sledding, or visit your nearest snow tubing destination!
Grab your skates and head to the rink: The last few weeks of winter is right before us. Take advantage of the cold weather and bring the kids to your nearest ice rink for a day full of skating fun! Did you know there’s a new rink located in downtown Montreal?
Make your own puppets and circus arts at Place des Arts: From March 2 to 5, families can learn the basics of making your own puppets a Place des Arts. Arts and crafts not their thing? You can also bring your kids to try out the basics of circus school!
Bring the kids to the movies: With the reopening of movie theatres in the province, take the family to the movies to experience watching a movie outside of your living room. We promise, it’s worth it!
Enjoy the taste of the sugar shack, at home: Looking to do activities at home? How about bringing the sugar shack to you! Visit the Ma Cabane à La Maison website to order yours!
Wishing you all a happy, fun, and healthy March break!
