Look out, Montreal… The Easter Bunny is on the move and is getting ready to make his big grand tour around the world!
Since Mr. E.B. is going to be uber busy getting all of his eggs in order, parents will want to make sure the house is good and ready to go, just in time for Easter morning.
Here are the top 5 ways that parents can make sure Easter celebrations are up to par for the big bunny himself:
Make sure the house is Easter Egg hunt ready:
Before E.B.’s big arrival, you’ll want to make sure you inspect all of the best hiding places around the house. This way, you’ll know exactly where to expect the eggs to be hidden… The more creative the hiding spot, the better!
Decorate the house with painted Easter eggs:
The Easter Bunny sure loves his Easter eggs, so why not prepping for his arrival with a little help from the kids with some painted Easter eggs! After you’re done painting them, you can set them around the house to show off your Easter spirit.
Set up colorful decorations around the house, to invite him into the house:
In addition to painted eggs, how about getting the house decorated with some beautiful homemade arts and crafts! All you really need is some construction paper and glue and a little creative spirit to get the juices flowing!
Arts and crafts not your thing? How about picking up some colorful tulips to add a little spring into your home!
Prepare a plate of carrots, in case he wants a snack:
After all your planning and decorating is over with, you’ll want to make sure the kids help you with setting up a nice plate of carrots for the Easter Bunny’s arrival… He’s got a big trip planned ahead, so you’ll want to make sure he’s got all the snacks he needs!
And maybe, just maybe, he’ll take a big bite out of the carrot!
Make sure the kids are bed in time to not scare Mr. Easter Bunny away:
With the house, decorations, and carrots ready… It’s time to put the kids to bed! Rumour has it that the Easter Bunny is super shy, so it’s best that everyone is fast asleep when he makes his grand entrance. So make sure to tuck the kids in early to get their rest for the big morning ahead.
Whether you’re preparing for his arrival or not… We wish those that celebrate Easter a wonderful holiday spent with those closest to you.
