Pedestrian days are back on Wellington Street in Verdun… And we couldn’t be more excited!
Having grown in popularity over the years, Verdun is truly the place to be in the summertime. From their endless restaurants, shops, bars, and even their local beach, there’s plenty to do when visiting the Sud-Ouest neighbourhood… Especially when it’s ‘Pedestrian Well’ season!
Having been transformed into a very eco-friendly space, locals can enjoy the many restaurant and bar terraces, greenery, garden furniture, swings, and even local events throughout the summertime season.
Some restaurants and bars that are located in the heart of ‘Pedestrian Well’ include:
- Bossa
- Bar Palco
- Lili & Oli
- Paname
- Verdun Beach
- and so much more!
Given its ideal central location, Montrealers can easily access the area by car, public transit, bike or foot. Should you wish to plan ahead, you can refer to the parking map below.
