Yup, this is an offer you can’t refuse.

While the property has since been modernized, the 6,248-square-foot home is still completely recognizable from the exterior. The property includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a large saltwater pool, a pub in the basement, a game room, and a gym… To name a few.

“Just a short ferry ride from Manhattan via the Staten Island Ferry or easily accessible from New Jersey and Booklyn via bridge,” the listing states. “This NYC borough is dotted with architectural landmarks, beaches and parkland - making it an excellent summer retreat for a long-term stay.”
