As of August 26th, National Dog Day, a Canadian company based in Biritsh Colombia called "Talk Shop Media" will now be allowing their employees to take “Pawrental Leave” whenever they welcome a new pet into their lives.
This policy allows Talk Shop team members to take time off around the adoption of a new pet. This will allow team members to focus on adjusting to new pet owning duties, bonding with their new “fur babies” and getting them settled into their new home.
The team at Talk Shop Media not only believes that a good work environment is good for parents and their children but should also apply to paw parents.
