A Taylor Swift lyric is going viral on TikTok, and it’s got the Internet both swooning and cringing all at once.

For those of you that are unfamiliar with Swift’s new music, one of her latest hits off of her record-breaking album Midnights called “Mastermind” is currently on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart for having this one lyric go viral… (And for being an amazing song, in general).

What if I told you none of it was accidental

And the first night that you saw me, nothing was gonna stop me?

I laid the groundwork and then, just like clockwork

The dominoes cascaded in a line

The lyric has inspired women everywhere to truthfully confess how they actually met their significant other, and not the way that the other person really thought it was.

While cheating fate can sometimes be romantic (and creepy), some of the online confessionals that are going viral are so brutally honest, we’re still trying to wrap our heads around it.
