Looking for a place to eat out on Christmas Day?

While most places will be closed for the holiday, several restaurants will be keeping their doors open on December 25th for those looking for a place to eat.

We’ve gathered a short list of places that we recommend checking out, however you can also check out different hotels and restaurants located in Chinatown and in the Old Port of Montreal.

One of Montreal's most-loved restaurants will be keeping its doors open on Christmas Day. Emphasis on most-loved. Make sure to reserve in advance!

La Capital Tacos

One of the best tacos in town, guaranteed! We recommend trying out their fish tacos while you’re there.

Mon Nan

One of Chinatown’s finest. If you’re looking for a spot that has an endless menu of Chinese specialities, this is the place.

Le Bordelais

Keeping their doors open on Christmas Day is one tradition they refuse to end. They serve everything from smoked salmon to steak fries, and more.

Le Pois Penche

Located in the heart of downtown Montreal, le Pois Penche serves all of the tastiest French specialties one can desire… Even on Christmas Day!
