Backstreet Boys singer Brian Littrell has sued a Florida county, where he and his family have a beach house, over trespassers.
In his complaint, the Backstreet's Back vocalist claims the Walton County Sheriff's Office are not doing their job to control trespassers sunbathing on his private Santa Rosa Beach property.
Under his limited liability company, BLB Beach Hut, Littrell has filed a writ of mandamus, a court order that compels a public official to perform a legally mandated duty.
The court document, obtained by the Daily Mail, includes background information for the court explaining that "BLB [Beach Hut LLC] is owned by Brian Littrell of a famous musical group, the Backstreet Boys."
"To protect and have peaceful enjoyment of the Subject Property, BLB has put up several 'No Trespassing' signs, as well as chairs, umbrellas and small tables delineating BLB's private property," the complaint reads.
"However, BLB's efforts have been in vain, as numerous trespassers have set out to antagonise, bully and harass the Littrell family by regularly, every day, trespassing on BLB's beach, in open defiance of the law."
Littrell purchased the three-bedroom Santa Rosa Beach home in 2023 for $3.8 million (£2.8 million) and has been in an ongoing dispute with neighbours over beach access.
Littrell has been married to wife Leighanne since 2000. They have one child together, 22-year-old son Baylee, who recently appeared on American Idol.
