Alyssa Milano has marked turning 50 by posting a make-up-free photo on social media.
The actress/activist, who reached the milestone age on Monday, took to Instagram later in the day to share a natural "no filter" selfie.
"This is 50. No filter. No touching up. No make-up. I will spend this day, the same as every day. I will move a little, love a lot, be of service, and count my blessings," she wrote in the caption. "I'm happy to be here. Right here. Right now. In this time. In my time. In your time."
Accordingly, a number of Alyssa's celebrity friends were quick to praise her openness.
"Gorgeous. Wishing you every blessing for the next fifty!" wrote Sarah Rafferty, while Taryn Manning posted, "You're 50!!! Wtf (what the f**k) you have a baby face still, beautiful."
And Frances Fisher gushed: "Such a precious photo... Plus you look 12!"
Elsewhere in her post, Alyssa insisted she is just getting started.
"There's still so much to look forward to! And you know what? It's even been okay to look back where I've been, where I came from, how far I've come, who came into my life and who stayed," the star continued. "Thanks for all of your support and Birthday wishes. Let's keep going."
