Get inspired
Whether it’s on #gymtok or on your favourite social platform, there are a ton of videos and tutorials out there for you to get inspired to workout and stay motivated.

Find what’s right for you
If the gym doesn’t feel quite right for you, there are plenty of other ways to workout (that don’t include hefty weights). Try pilates, yoga, spinning, swimming, or even good old running a try!
