Rihanna didn't know what to wear in the weeks after she gave birth to her first child.

The Barbadian superstar and her rapper partner A$AP Rocky welcomed a son last May.

While Rihanna opted to showcase her baby bump in a series of showstopping outfits during her pregnancy, as part of an interview for the March 2023 issue of British Vogue, she admitted that she found dressing her postpartum figure to be a lot more difficult.

"Dressing for pregnancy was such a piece of cake. But dressing in postpartum, what the f**k do you do? The week that I came home from the hospital - that was nothing but sweats and hoodies. But the weeks after that, you don't know what to put on," she said. "Everything is too small or too big. You kind of just gotta wait it out otherwise you end up buying so many clothes you're not going to use. Well, unless you get pregnant again."

But Rihanna, who announced she is expecting her second child during her performance at the 2023 Super Bowl Halftime Show on Sunday, knows exactly what she likes when it comes to baby clothes.

Noting that traditional kids' clothes are "so boring", the Umbrella hitmaker noted that she prefers to outfit her little boy in gender-inclusive looks.

"I like to dress him in things that don't look like baby clothes. I like to push it. I put him in floral stuff. I put him in hot pink. I love that. I think that fluidity in fashion is best. I always shop in the men's department, you know," the 34-year-old added.
